Des jaloux meurtriers (en tuerie de ce qui les dépasse)
Pendant toute cette période ma charmante fée
venait dormir sur mon cœur. J’avais l’impression de n’avoir plus qu’elle pour
tenir encore en vie voir simplement d’éviter d’en venir à un règlement de
compte radical qui aurait pû me coûter la vie. Voici les jeux de cruauté de ces
salauds de bretons, cathos, socialistes, sales flics & autres milliardaires
qui s’amusent alors à étudier mes réactions de survie ou puiser nos dernières
lueurs d’amour. Assassins. Effroyable calvaire de chaque instant. Parfois même
complètement sonné d’une telle injustice sur mesure je n’avais plus qu’elle qui
venait me soutenir ou que je puisse même simplement tenir encore debout. Quand
je dis maintenant « Je vais les tuer » tout le monde comprend bien
pourquoi & il s’agit vraiment de légitime défense face à des criminels
monstrueux qui comptent même parmi eux des Juges politiques sous corruption.

Tout est maintenant terminé après ces très
longs mois d’un charcutage qui en appelle maintenant à des condamnations à mort
de ces salauds de Rennes, Paris ou encore aux USA. Ils devront en plus tout me
payer des préjudices qui ne font encore qu’augmenter chaque jour que je dois
encore endurer dans ce pays de salauds & cette ville d’assassins. On
n’oubliera pas également toutes les responsabilités de Mr Daniel DELAVEAU
l’ancien Maire de Rennes qui a participé depuis 2007 à la mise en place de ce
système d’extorsion très cruel comme de la charcuterie criminelle dont j’ai été
victime. Et toujours aujourd’hui avec la nouvelle Maire Mme NATHALIE APPARE
depuis 2014 pour un scandale révoltant d’une cruauté interminable qui n’en
finit pas depuis plus de 12 années (& bien des
millions d’euro).

C’est maintenant le temps des adieux (& des départs). Avec ma charmante
caissière au potiron (& jolie
fée) on se connait déjà très bien sans même savoir nos numéros
de téléphone. C’est l’amour. C’est tout. Bien souvent depuis des mois elle
venait me voir au matin pour me dire de chanter encore avec elle mes love
songs. J’avais justement un titre qui attendait (ses
royalties) depuis longtemps c’est pourquoi elle a maintenant
elle aussi sa jolie chanson « One Day in my Life » que javais composée à Paris quand
j’avais à peine 20 ans.

Le
lendemain de ce magnifique enregistrement vidéo j’étais soudain victime d’un
nouveau Cass de mon nouveau Computer ASUS. L’un des pires sales coups de ma
vie. Ensuite le 22 Décembre 2015 c’était le Cass de mon second Computer COMPAQ
PRESARIO (qui date de Paris) équipé d’un logiciel de studio pro STEINBERG CUBASIS me
permettant d’écouter les magnifiques musiques & chansons (notamment pour
notre film « LA TARTE AUX POMMES ») avec le Petit Joe (& la jolie Zette) alors que je venais d’écrire le magnifique projet « COOL HIGH SCHOOL
JUNIOR » (produire un Tube composé par les petits enfants).
Comble de la cruauté. Le 25 Décembre 2015 (Jour de la
Saint Emmanuel) j’étais victime d’une
première tentative de meurtre à domicile en violation de ma vie intime (asphixie par
étouffement ou arrêt cardique). Une seconde
tentative de meurtre a aussitôt été mise en place le 27 Décembre 2015 toujours
en usant des mêmes techniques l’air de rien (& comme par hasard)

Violations de
sales flics bretons, tueurs & piège (à taper
encore au-dessous de la ceinture)
Je dois pendant ce temps faire face à une
nouvelle vague de violence dès 05h45 avec toujours ces engins mortels qui
tournent sur cette route maudite. Tout sent le mensonge, le piège, la
roublardise, l’effacement de mémoire avec toujours ce même refrain des menteurs
(& des voleurs) d’essayer de faire
croire que tout est réglé alors que rien ne l’est ni payé & que tout n’a
fait qu’empirer à mes dépends. A nouveau sur mon Computer je suis victime
d’intrusions informatiques qui buguent plusieurs fois mon logiciel WORD pendant
que les sales flics & autres mouches à merde intensifient leurs violations.
C’est maintenant une voiture de sales flics qui passe dans une arrogance de provocation
des plus minables. La sirène hurlante décrit une courbe circulaire (comme une scie) pour aller ensuite du
côté de la petite ruelle du côté de ma cuisine. Il en est également de ces
coups de trompes provenant de plus loin qui vous percent les oreilles comme des
coups de poignard en plein coeur. Sans oublier de temps à autre les coups de
klaxons intrusifs de ces sales singes puants dans la violation de ma vie
privée. Des jolies chéries viennent me faire des bisous malgré ce contexte
assassin. Je soigne ensuite les plaies à mon tibia. Il en est alors d’une
sirène d’ambulance un peu plus loin. Puis ensuite des pompiers par deux fois.
Je me couche ensuite un peu plus tôt car toutes ces journées de lessivage en violation
de ma vie m’ont épuisé. Rien d’autre qu’un meurtre qui n’en fini pas de cruauté

puants à 23h35 quand je relis ce texte)

Je suis réveillé ensuite vers 13h20 je crois
par la caissière au potiron (& ses
copines) mais je dois alors endurer une vague de violation
vulgaire de ce quartier puant sous les coups de boule d’un bourreau catho.
Sans doute le gros boucher que j’avais croisé hier soir comme par hasard juste
quand je suis sorti pour aller à la gare. Juste avant il en avait été de deux
jeunes gonzesses qui étaient montées dans l’ascenseur au deuxième étage quand
je descendais. Avec le recul cela me rappelle un peu la tentative de meurtre du
25 Décembre 2015. Ensuite il n’en a été que de m’user, m’épuiser, m’arracher
les bourses pour ensuite devoir endurer encore un véritable questionnement en
violation de ma vie privée par une sale pute de flic je pense en complicité de
voisinages dans cet immeuble maudit alors que j’essayais de m’endormir. Il en
est d’une espèce de moralisation des plus crétines « Alors
tu as envie de baiser ? Tu as envie de baiser ? ». La vulgarité totale de ces êtres
minables qui valent moins que des sales chiens puants. Certaines personnes
m’incitent alors à sortir pour aller retrouver la charmante caissière au
potiron alors que je suis complètement épuisé, ne tenant presque plus debout.
L’aberration absolue à l’image de ces sales Juges idéologues corrompus de la
Cour d’Appel de Rennes. Ces bretons sont monstrueux. Un massacre de chaque
minute en violation de ma vie. Rien d’autre que du crime de sales flics organisé. Il m’a été difficile ensuite de me
rendormir d’autant qu’une connasse venait troubler mon sommeil. J’ai été
ensuite réveillé plusieurs fois dans une ambiance cotonneuse de mensonges de
femelles locales profiteuses (&
menteuses).
La négation de mes goûts & mes
droits comme de mon être (sous la tyrannie
révoltante de mensonges en cruauté)
C’est très simple. Pour que les heureuses
rencontres (& les mariages éventuels)
puisse marcher il suffit de faire lever cette curatelle assassine qui me tue la
vie & me rendre mon compte en banque. Ignobles ordures. Salauds de menteurs.
Crapules.
C’était mes adieux à la
caissière au potiron (une militante socialiste en jalousie
meurtrière)
Aujourd’hui j’avais l’impression que mon
corps n’existait plus. Il n’y aura bien jamais de mariage possible dans cette
ville mortelle de Rennes. Et chacun comme chacune le sait très bien puisque je
suis toujours victime de cette curatelle assassine de même que du bug criminel
sur mes Books qui me prive de mes royalties alors que je suis l’un des plus
grands auteurs de notre époque. Il s’agit en plus de dizaines de millions
d’euro. La caissière au potiron n’est bien rien d’autre que la suite de la
Mélissa Noire du magasin 7/7. Toujours rien & jamais rien d’autre que de me
faire perdre mon temps comme de m’arracher encore d’autres œuvres, stratégies
ou perspectives d’avenir. Toutes ces belles pages de mariage à LONDRES ou
ailleurs hors de cette France de salauds ne sont pas prêtes d’exister
actuellement lorsque l’on est victime d’une telle corruption organisée en cruauté
sadique mortelle. Rien d’autre que de continuer à se foutre de ma gueule comme
depuis des mois (& des années). Une
horreur d’inhumanité. Les règlements de comptes seront mortels & sans
aucune pitié. Assassins. Bourreaux nazis.

du cul en guise de paiement (toujours rien que du perlinpinpin & des
fausses promesses)
Aujourd’hui je me suis réveillé bien plus
tard que prévu. J’étais encore complètement sonné par les longues heures
d’agressions de ces sales flics & autres bouchers catholiques de Rennes.
J’avais redit encore que JE NE SUIS PAS CATHO. Je ne l’ai d’ailleurs jamais
été. Et ne le serait jamais non plus. Je ne veux pas non plus faire ma vie dans
cette sale zone puante de sales voleurs de Rennes. Il n’a jamais été question
non plus d’avoir des enfants dans une telle merde. Assassins. La persistance de
la cruauté (& de la puanteur mentale). Je me suis préparé sans problème
particulier mais j’étais bien épuisé comme roué de coups. Brisé aussi dans ma
virilité. Ordures. Cela me rappelle SABRINA la caissière Noire de MONOPRIX en
2014. Un climat de fausseté des plus hypocrites. Rien d’autre qu’une bande de
sales singes de province arriérée aussi minables qu’idiots & puant la
nullité. Je n’ai rien à voir ni à faire dans de tels lieux. Des plus
détestables.

Tout comme cette ville puante de sales chiens
bretons. J’ai d’ailleurs trop de mémoire. Tous ces mois d’une longue série supplémentaire
de cruauté de sales flics sont perdus à tout jamais. Ces salauds devront payer.
Et très cher. En vérité la charmante caissière au potiron ne m’aime pas
vraiment. Ce n’est bien que du bluff calculé sur mesure pour me faire courir
tout en me faisant endurer les pires cruautés affectives qui soient en réponse
à mes plaintes & mes demandes de paiements (&
de Justice) de même surtout qu’en continuant de m’extorquer d’autres
réflexions, consultings, œuvres ou stratégies (de
ménage) ou d’avenir ou encore m’arracher mes dernières
espérances de vie. J’étais donc vraiment blessé quand je suis passé vers 20h25 au
magasin CARREFOUR MARKET de ce quartier maudit. J’ai acheté juste une baguette.
La charmante caissière au potiron est alors venue ziziner autour de moi avec
son aspirateur lorsque j’étais à la caisse. Il aurait sans doute été question
que je lui remette ma carte de visite ou bien que je l’invite à aller dîner au
Mc DO alors que je n’ai déjà presque plus un euro pour tenir jusqu’à la fin
d’une nouvelle semaine de calvaire dans le mépris total de mes droits comme de
ma vie & des Lois. Et alors que pour moi cette ville de Rennes n’est qu’une
aversion totale. J’étais en plus complètement fracassé.

d’un cassage à 50 contre 1 (Bande de puanteur minable)
Je n’ai même pas regardé la charmante
caissière au potiron (en zizine).
J’avais surtout envie de respirer après toutes ces violations étouffantes que
je venais d’endurer. Je suis allé à la gare chercher des cigarettes. Il n’y
avait pratiquement personne. Quand je suis revenu je m’étais dit que finalement
je passerai quand même au magasin CARREFOUR pour dire à la caissière (du parti socialiste) que j’allais partir,
lui donner peut-être ma carte de visite (& en finir
à tout jamais) mais à 20h58 le magasin était en train de fermer.
Je suis resté quelques instants sous les arbres morts à fumer une cigarette
puis je suis remonté prendre un thé. J’ai dit alors à ces idiots de sales flics
violeurs de mon domicile privé qui savent si bien organiser ces rencontres
matrimoniales bien cruelles qu’il allait maintenant en être de l’heure de
vérité. Si la charmante caissière au potiron voulait vraiment me voir c’était
maintenant (ou jamais) d’autant qu’elle
ne devait pas être bien loin. Je suis redescendu avec les poubelles & les bouteilles
vides puis j’ai été fumer une cigarette sous les arbres assassinés. Encore j’ai
dit que si elle ne venait pas tout de suite dans les deux minutes c’était
ensuite terminé. Elle n’est pas venue. Je n’attendrais donc plus personne pour
quitter enfin cette ville de truands. De même avant que je puisse envoyer des
mandats cash (pour les prestations) il
faudrait d’abord que je puisse disposer librement de mon compte en banque de même
qu’avoir perçu une grande part des dommages & intérêts qui me sont dûs. Des
centaines de millions d’euro rien que pour ces salauds de bretons mortels. La charmante
caissière au potiron n’est pas venue. Les arbres de ce printemps meurtri étaient
donc déjà bien morts assassinés. Ville du crime. Adieux. Elle trouvera bien quelqu’un
d’autre pour sa gosse de la CAF. Les feux d’artifices, concerts & autres
cérémonies de millionnaires c’était bien mes adieux. Je serai bientôt bien plus
heureux dans un autre pays, libre & avec les millions d’euro de mes Jobs
étant également l’un des meilleurs musiciens au monde. En attendant je pourrai
payer de belles putes à AMSTERDAM (par exemple) &
je n’en serai que plus heureux. Au moins je pourrais bien baiser bien réellement
ce qui sera bien meilleur pour ma physiologie, mon cœur & mes finances.
A
l’heure de vérité (il n’y a jamais plus personne)
Cette longue série de blessures c'est bien la
suite de la caissière Noire du 7/7 & autres caissières en série pour le
compte de ces sales flics bretons & autre chiasse sociale de Rennes ou d’ailleurs
sous les coups de couteaux des extrémistes cathos & autres bourreaux
idéologues. Rien d’autre que d’autres complices afin de poursuivre encore l’extorsion
criminelle dont je suis toujours victime sous une cruauté révoltante. Tout
comme les autres putes, gonzesses, femelles ou chéries la charmante caissière
au potiron pourra alors écouter sans moi d’autres Tubes comme « Adieu jolie Candy » car de toute façon il n’y aura jamais aucun
sou en France ni à Rennes pour produire mes œuvres. De même quand j’aurai enfin
réussi à quitter ce territoire maudit de la peau de vache française je ne
souhaite plus revoir qui que ce soit ou quoi que ce soit qui me rappelle cette
sale ville d’assassins de Rennes. Une ville que je déteste. Ensuite je me
vengerai. Sans aucune pitié.
L’heure de vérité concerne également les USA
qui doivent maintenant agir immédiatement auprès de la société AMAZON pour que
je puisse bénéficier de mes droits d’auteurs comme recevoir de toute urgence
les premiers paiements des préjudices concernant le bug book criminel dont je
suis victime depuis des années. L’heure de vérité concerne encore toutes les
personnalités, sociétés ou autres représentations diplomatiques que j’ai
contactées avec l’espérance de recevoir enfin dans les jours qui viennent des
aides d’urgence afin de pouvoir quitter enfin cette ville maudite de tortionnaires
bretons sans me faire tuer complètement. Et je le mérite grandement étant de plus
un grand homme de bien qui a accompli une œuvre magnifique (&
prodigieuse). Autrement je les tuerai à mon tour en légitime
défense dans leur langage de barbares & il leur faudra bien intervenir pour
me tirer enfin de cet Enfer d’inhumanité comme l’exigent les Lois Européennes de
défense des citoyens victimes d’ordures. Ces abrutis bretons pourront alors
écouter la chanson plutôt nulle de ALAIN SOUCHON « Tu
vois pas qu’on s’aime pas » ou bien encore pour les femelles celle bien plus heureuse de MIKE
BRANT « Dis lui que j’aime une autre fille »

We think that you have now all the proofs to act immediatly to have
quickly good results in the way of Justice. Mr Emmanuel DIGNAT is still the
victim of cruals attempts to his rights & his life in the city of Rennes in
France waiting for to have the royalties of his books to leave the French
territory as soon as possible. His life is in danger.
Mr Emmanuel DIGNAT have also asked to the British Government several
month ago to benefit of the British nationality and he asked to several country
to have a diplomatic protection.

We ask you kindly to give a favorable response to this new complaint, motivated by the staggering corruption of the Tribunaux de Rennes in France, which is the victim of Mr Emmanuel DIGNAT, one of the greatest authors of our time and a virtuoso musician. It is already a commercial contract not respected by the companies Amazon & Create Space in the USA as well as a disconcerting attitude of the American authorities of the OBAMA government as French authorities of the government of FRANCOIS HOLLAND & MANUEL VALLS since the month of June 2015. This political and informal bug that blocks the sales of books and e-books by Mr Emmanuel DIGNAT on the Web also publishes his works with his company GOLDEN SPRING'S CONSULTING shows obviously very serious correlations with many crimes of which he has been victim on the periphery of this bug in Paris since 2004 then in Rennes since 2007 and in the USA during this same period.
We present a brief history of the complaints concerning theft, plagiarism & usurpation of the artistic and cultural works of Mr Emmanuel DIGNAT (Romans, essays, sociology thesis, film synopsis & scenario, musicals, songs & graphic works) as well as the spoliation of its royalties and royalties by recalling our statement already clearly demonstrated in our complaint of January 18, 2016. Then it will be the history of the injuries adjusted to date that concerns the period under contract US with the company AMAZON without forgetting consequently the additional damages as well as the prejudices prior to March 2015 with the companies THE BOOK EDITION & BOOKELIS (subsidiary of the LAGARDERE-HACHETTE group) from the first edition in February 2011. We will resume again the prejudices in 1992 and 2001 in Paris of the possibilities of publishing works created during this period which were hindered for reasons of unfair competition leading to theft and crimes under bribery by certain public or political authorities. We will then recall the legal, administrative, commercial and diplomatic actions carried out in connection with this bug book whose facts and prejudices form an integral part of a global complaint "COMPLAINT 707 BIS (FINAL ADDITION) NOV 2016" of which we will give a summary overview which will make it possible to realize the extent of the prejudice suffered by Mr Emmanuel DIGNAT. It will then be a synthesis presentation of other complaints concerned in the periphery of this bug book followed by the current conclusions which confirm well with the setback time all the merits of our new complaint. The summary of this complaint can be found on page 091 in the appendix as well as a history that places the correspondence, complaints, e-mails or documents concerned in a timeline which in itself demonstrates the relevance of each complaint of our complaints in correlation with one another.

The first
complaint of 28 April 2015 addressed to the FBI in the US (Federal Bureau of Investigation) is the Judicial Police of the
Department of Justice "COMPLAINT 707 BUG BOOK (USA) OK french"
is repeated later in the complaint of 18 January 2016 that describes detail
this bug problem on the sales of his books statistically proving the existence
of this criminal bug as well as a first estimate of damages as well as extracts
of reflection from the "Star Diary" written by Mr Emmanuel DIGNAT on
psycho scenario similarities which he suffered with the New York terrorist
attacks of September 11, 2001 along with a dozen major documents.
The
second complaint of May 30, 2015 written in American-English addressed to the
FBI & Europol (European Police
Office) situates this bug Criminal book in a broader context that still
shows all the correlations with other crime & corruption which Mr Emmanuel
DIGNAT suffered in Rennes ' COMPLAINT 707 FBI & EUROPOL (May & September
2015) " . This complaint is reinforced by fifty documents
translated into English or American almost. It is also presented all
correspondence since April 8, 2015 with printers & BOOK EDITION The

I sent you a letter of great importance by post on July 17, 2015 "Key (Synopsis juridico-criminelle) Repayment french" as well as the Prime Minister remained unanswered and asking to kindly help me clarify the "bug" Criminal & political blocking sales of my books & e-books on the web.
This problem which aims to deprive me of my author's income to keep me in a difficult situation in exile in Rennes already concerned the publishers in France "The Book Edition" as well as "Bookelis Hachette" and reproduced in the US with " Amazone KDP "since the beginning of 2015.
After filing a complaint in France (under corruption), I am now investigating a complaint in the USA where I would have to pay taxes on my royalties in connection with crimes (theft, illegal eavesdropping, surveillance, bacterial infections, Friends ...) of which I am a victim in Rennes as it had been in Paris from 2003 to 2006 city of which I am native.

highlight the third complaint for interim relief filed on 18 January 2016 with
the Tribunal de Grande Instance of Rennes and the Paris Commercial Court
against THE BOOK EDITION, BOOKELIS (Groupe
Lagardere - Hachette), CREATE SPACE AMAZON & KDP AMAZON &
peripheral entities incriminated (French & American authorities, GOOGLE company,
Regional Council of Brittany, Rennes Town Hall, Rennes parquet, Police &
Gendarmerie of Rennes, Curator ATI, Guardianship judge & residential neighborhood
in Rennes ). These companies, authorities & entities are accused
of being responsible for the political & criminal "Bug" of the
sale of Mr. Emmanuel DIGNAT's books on the Web, attacks on his freedoms and
privacy, Justice, theft, resale and usurpation of his works and
co-responsibility with premeditation in the Cass of his Computer of April 30,
2015, December 17, 2015 & December 22, 2015 as well as the attempted murder
of which he was victim the 25 & 27 December 2015 at his home in Rennes. The
facts, evidence and demonstrations in this complaint are still valid.

We ask you to register this complaint by reminding you of our remarks as well as the facts which prove the validity of our complaint as well as the guilt of the companies concerned which we accuse of more or less passive co-responsibility in the 2 attempted murders of which Was the victim of Mr Emmanuel DIGNAT at his home on 25th and 27th December 2015 who ask for a Judgment in all priority given the threats that still weigh on his life in Rennes in France as well as the need to recover the very large amounts of his rights of Author of which it was despoiled as we can read it in the estimates since March 2015 concerning the companies "Create Space Amazon" & "KDP Amazon" in the USA or previously "The Book Edition" since 2011 or "Bookelis Hachette" from November 2014 to February 2015 knowing that many works written by Mr Emmanuel DIGNAT in Paris from 2001 to 2006 were already very probably stolen at this time before their first edition in 2011 the same for the following works written in Rennes from 2007 to 2010.
Mr Emmanuel DIGNAT, author, high-level screenwriter & virtuoso musician as well as very efficient manager of his publishing & production company "Golden Spring (Provisory)" is thus victim of a political & criminal "Bug" Selling its book & e-book on the web sites of its American printers, manufacturers & distributors "Create Space Amazon" & "KDP Kindle Amazon" with international broadcasts by the company "Amazon" and its trading partners causing it As well as his American partners, with whom he has signed contracts, not forgetting American taxation. Mr Emmanuel DIGNAT should indeed pay taxes in the US on his royalties. Of course, Mr. Emmanuel Dignat is familiar with the US for a long time in economics, sociology but above all cultural with affective relationships as he has already spent several months in California in Los Angeles, Las Vegas, San Diego or San Francisco in the autumn of 1988 just after the end of his studies in a large management school in Paris-la-Défense.
This "Bug" problem has already happened with its previous French publisher & distributor "The Book Edition" from April 2011 to October 2011 where it published 16 books of an affordable price range from 7 to 24 euro with an offer of choice Wide enough for a large audience and for more demanding enthusiasts, books available for sale on the Web until September 2014 that you could also buy at low cost digital version e-book. During this period, in spite of more high quality works of writing, originality or relevance of subjects or reflections, there was however only one order and sale of his book "07 billion loves light ways for easy worlds" In June 2011 for which he received a check of 1.70 euro for his copyrights, some of his works being bilingual or completely written in "American-English" for a more international audience.
We note first of all that it is impossible on a "statistical" level that with such an offer Mr Emmanuel DIGNAT did not sell at least a few dozen books (in skin of grief) of the statistics recorded on the website of "The Book Edition" which take into account part of the consultations of its books. This is further confirmed by the fact that his works were also referenced on "Google Books" with the possibility of flipping through each of these works in order to see the interest, the style or the quality, which extends the possibilities of ordering a Way.
